Our management fees are 8-12% of the gross monthly income collected and a 1/2 month's rent as a leasing fee. These are the only fees you will see from Beehive Property Management. When vacant and rent ready, your property is kept advertised on over 30 rental web sites including craigslist, google, yahoo and more. We also can help you sell properties and identify and close new properties that maximize your monthly cash-flow.
